The second Sunday of every month is Family Sunday.  We value fellowship and intergenerational worship, so we make it a part of our regular rhythm of worship.  If you're thinking of joining us for the first time, Family Sunday is a great time to come! Family Sunday looks something like this:

  • Come a little early for fellowship and food!  Beginning at 9:30, we have bagels, fruit, donuts, or muffins to enjoy.  And of course, the coffee pot is always on!

  • During worship, which begins at 10:00, we encourage kids and adults to enjoy worshipping together for the entire service.  We try to plan things in such a way that kids and adults will all find ways to engage in worship and bring praise to God.

  • On Family Sunday, our Children & Worship and Children's Church classes do NOT meet.  Instead, the kids stay in the sanctuary for the entire service.  To instill a lifelong habit of worship, we believe it is vital for kids to have opportunties to experience all aspects of worship with their entire church family.  Nursery care is still provided for kids ages 0-3.

  • We celebrate communion together every Family Sunday.  What better way to be a family than to gather around the Lord's Table to feast!  Children are invited and encouraged to participate in communion, with the approval of their parent or guardian.

  • After worship, stick around to enjoy more snacks and fellowship time.
