COMMUNITY NIGHT

From September through April, each Wednesday night is Community Night!  We serve a meal and offer classes and activities for our neighborhood and anyone who wants to come.  Including you!  Below you will find the latest information and schedule.  Contact the church office if you have any questions.

What is Community Night?

Community Night is a time to be together.  It's a time to connect with friends (both old and new), and a time to be refreshed in the midst of a busy week.  A typical Community Night looks a little something like this:

Dinner • 5:30-6:30

Served in the Fellowship Hall.  We have a phenomenal team of volunteers that prepares a hot meal each week.  There is no charge for dinner, and you are welcome to come anytime between 5:30 and 6:30.

Kids Club • Grades K-5 • 6:30-7:30
“An Illustrated Compassion”
We explore stories of God's compassion in Scripture and learn how we can share that compassion with others.  We will explore and learn through activities, coloring, and worship together. Visitors and guests are always welcome. Led by Pastor Marcus Roskamp.

Middle School Youth Group • Grades 6-8 • 6:30-8:00

This year we are going through a series called One Story--we will be going through stories in the Bible with a special focus on how they are all telling one, big story.  With the normally/totally awesome games and fun events mixed in.  Led by Kurtis Reardon.

Adult Class • All Ages • 6:30-7:30

"Mary: Devoted to God's Plan"
A workshop led by our Missional Pastor John D. Barry

Mary, the mother of Jesus, teaches us a profound lesson: the life of faith is made up of a series of steps that bring us closer to the fulfillment of God’s will. But those steps of faith come with challenges and struggles. In this 7-week series you’ll walk through life with Mary and her family—learning along the way how their story is like your story.

The series kicks off on January 8 at 6:30pm. Faith Reformed will provide all who attend with a free copy of the book, Mary: Devoted to God's Plan, coauthored by John D. Barry with a team of six other men and women. Discover new meaning in the life of Mary, and learn new ways to apply Mary's story in your life.
